Which courier do you use?

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Shipping starts from $10, and we offer FREE shipping on orders over $200.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

If you’re in Western Australia, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for delivery.

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are handled by the courier and unfortunately are outside our control.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is sent out, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use this number anytime to check the progress of your delivery.

What if my order is delayed?

Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, but occasionally there can be delays.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, just get in touch with our support team and we’ll happily help look into it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept: Bank Deposit, PayID

At this stage we don’t accept credit cards or online payment platforms.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before payment is processed.

If you need to make any changes, please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to sort it out before your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been sent, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes or cancellations.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Every order is carefully checked and securely packed before it leaves us to make sure it arrives in great condition.
